You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and clients, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database as necessary.
- Assisting with customer retention by building relationships and addressing any concerns.
