  • Mutual agreement between DIGJU.com and the client for discontinuation of services.
  • Refund requests should be raised before the developer initiates the work.
  • We offer refunds only if the service we offered violates our terms and conditions and the commitments given.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the client requests a refund for out-of-scope requirements. Additionally, if the project is delayed due to the client raising irrelevant queries, refunds will not be granted.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request via email to our support team at support@digju.com.
  2. Provide your project details, including the Project number and reasons for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 14 business days and provide a response.

Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:

  • If a project is partially completed and the client decides to terminate the agreement.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with a portion of the services provided, subject to review and approval by DIGJU.com.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable:

  • Custom development services once the project has commenced.
  • Domain registration and hosting fees.
  • Third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the client.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the client.

Changes to the Refund Policy

DIGJU.com reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the refund policy periodically.
